REMEMBER THE YARD" A wandering bridging the History of Resistance of Yesterday with the Today... with the Open Orchestra! COURTYARD OF REFUGEES KAISARIANIS_ ARTEMIS, Kaisariani The Open Orchestra invites you to its rehearsal in the courtyard of the refugees Kaisariani, in collaboration with the group Urban React. Our goal is to support the groups of Kaisariani who daily give their own local struggle for the issues of their neighborhood. Our musical rehearsal is the occasion for an encounter with everyone that cares about the neighborhood. After conversations we had with local residents and neighborhood collectives, we realized that a common dream is the re-imagining and re-appropriation of the courtyard as a daily place of meeting, play and tranquility next to Nature. The courtyard is this public place that we can all together claim its co-formation, based on our dreams. This celebration tries to provide the ground for a musical game-dialogue as bridging the history of the resistance of yesterday with today, towards an emancipated "Pera". On Sunday 19/06/2022, at 18.00, we invite everyone, everyone and everything to attend the collective celebration of the Open Orchestra, which will have next to it the collective kitchen Mano Aperta, the groups and of course the residents of the neighborhood of The Shot Refugees and Kaisariani, as well as all the lonely gatherings that will want to join their colors with ours.
